The Taiwanese American Citizens League is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the cultivation of Taiwanese American identity and participation in civics.

Towards that end, the Census 2010 unit was created to both encourage Taiwanese Americans to fill out the census form and to remind them to write in Taiwanese under the race and ethnicity categories.

TACL is an official partner with the Bureau of the Census to aid in distributing information and supporting the community with questions and problems they may have.
