- 2008-2009:
- US Government develops the address list for Census 2010 and recruits workers for census jobs.
- June-October, 2009:
- TACL Census unit is established along with offices. TACL Census Outreach workers give Census 2010 presentations at Taiwanese conferences across United States.
- November, 2009:
- TACL hosts Census Briefing at Taiwan Center in Los Angeles.
- Beginning mid-March 2010:
- Census questionnaires delivered.
- MARCH 31-APRIL 1, 2010:
- TACL mobilizes at community centers and high traffic areas to promote the Taiwanese Census campaign.
- APRIL 1, 2010:
- CENSUS DAY
- March-May 2010:
- Census takers visit housing units in rural and remote areas to drop off and/or pick up forms.
- ApriI-June 2010:
- Census takers visit housing units that did not return census forms.
- October-November 2010:
- All field work completed.
- December 31,2010:
- Apportionment counts delivered to the President.
- April 1,2011:
- All states receive redistricting counts.
